1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned with original tags, labels, and proof of purchase.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized products.

  • Used or damaged items due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).

  • Balls, grips, and other consumables once opened.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (via Stripe) within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


7. International Returns

We accept returns from USA, Canada, Europe, and other international locations, but:

  • Return shipping fees and import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Make sure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.


8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellations may no longer be possible.
