At Motivators Sports, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The return request must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories.
A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Products that show signs of use or wear
Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
Cricket bats that have been used with bowling machines, unless explicitly approved by our support team
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:
Clear photos or videos of the item and packaging
Your order number and a brief explanation of the issue
We will review your case and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund depending on the situation.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received, it will go through an inspection process. If approved:
Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment
It may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
If the return is not approved, we will notify you and return the item at your expense.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item shipped)
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost parcels during the return process.
